I am trying to pull only the body of a default email. I created a new default email. I am looking for my default email in the Method Preferences and i am not finding the default email i created.

also i've looked in the area that sends emails under estimates, and i've gone to add new etc. and i see the tab for default pdf templates but nothing that shows how to actually edit that email template and include an attachment can you be more specific please? :)

Hey DavidD, Your contacts just need to have unique email addresses in Method, they're not required to be in QuickBooks since Method supports multiple contacts per customer. They can manually register by accessing your portal. Hope this helps! - Ashur
