We have a screen named "Invoice Type" related to the field ActivityInvoiceType. I know how to add entries I just can't figure out how to edit existing ones.

don't see a Invoice Type screen (I could be mistaken, what is the name of the
screen?), if the screen itself doesn't exist then you will need to create it (It
can be as simple as a screen with an editable grid).
