I am trying to edit an item in the Invoice Type drop down.  I want to change "To be invoiced" to "To be billed."  I see the Invoice Type screen and have it in "View" mode.  I just don't know how to edit the items.

I have a Shipping and Handling item that will not populate within the Item Table of invoices or sales orders when the entire item is typed.  This item has been working for months, and all of a sudden is not populating.  I confirmed that it is still active.  It is a non-inventory item.  Any ideas why this won't populate?

I'm finding multiple invoices that have totalling issues. How do I edit an item in a drop down list?  I want to change the wording on one of my items.

Hi JKM@SA, The Insert New Row Into Grid action inserts new rows into a grid for editing. You can put this action on the OnScreenLoad event of the screen itself or any field that is required before adding items to a grid. -Michael

Hi Alec, Can you let me know if this issue is still occuring? At this point I am no longer able to duplicate it. -MIchael

I have a grid that allows editing and adding of rows, however it does not automatically come up with blank rows where I can enter information.  I have to select "New" first.  How do I get the grid to initially default to a few blank rows?
