Hi Shirley,
I looked into this further and it looks like this is a limitation the QuickBooks SDK. When creating a scheduled report QuickBooks will not allow us to filter by Rep (Rep is technically different then Employee). Have you thought about creating a Method report to achieve the same or simliar results?

Hi Michael:
Wondered if you had a chance to look at this issue further?
I would like to know if there is something extra I need to do to make it work.
These reports are filterable in QuickBooks and should be filterable in Method.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I got an error message when I tried to open up any report in Method Report Designer, I have a screen shot for this that I can e-mail as it's not letting me enter it here. Thanks.

Hi Gary,
It just looks like the subtotaling at the bottom of the grid is not displaying properly (Method doesn't actually use that value for any QuickBooks transcations. ). Thanks for reporting this we will look into it.

Well, scratch that last post. It was working fine. I just opened again, received a message that an add in was not found and now I'm back to the old add in without the calendar functionality.

I have also uninstalled and re-installed and all seems well. Thanks for the help.

I re-installed the Method plug-in and it now shows in Outlook as it's supposed to.
