I'm talking about having a group of activities that are related to each other, but instead of having to assign each one to someone, once you assign the first in the set, the rest will follow automatically.

Hi Greg, To follow up with this, we have now tested it and are able to duplicate the issue you are describing and a ticket has been created for this issue (I cannot place a guarantee on when or if this will be fixed). -Michael   

Hi Jessica, I'm not exactly sure what you mean but if you were to look at the lead from the customer level it would display all the activities they have scheduled. -MIchael

 Yeah, It's not a frames issue.  it's like it comes up like a picture on the screen and there is nothing left or down past the borders of the screen.  It is NOT a picture of course because I can enter into text boxes and like I said if I go to the last text box and hit NEXT(TAB) on the keyboard it goes to the next ...

I am getting an error message when trying to delete Job Items in a Work Order.  It says: Error running query Additional Information Action Sequence Order 1 My first action on the delete button is Delete record from table.
