Hi Michael, There a couple of place you can get to the screen to set the defaults such as Customer Center> Invoices screen. Click More Actions and select Customize Print Templates You can follow the same steps on the Customer Center> Estimates screen Hope that helps!

Greetings from Las Vegas! Is there a screen in Method to set the default templates used for sales orders, invoices and estimates?  In other words, how do we set the value in the table.field "PreferencesMethod.DefaultTemplateInvoice" and similar fields for other doc types? Thanks! Michael 

Hi Michael, Emails were sent from stock Activity screen.  The problem is not the From name, it's the To name.  I believe the value is being set correctly in Method because the email actually gets sent.  But in the Gmail application, the To name displayed is only the yourname part of yourname@domain.com email address, not the ...

Hi Michael, What screen are you sending emails from in Method? What you probably need to do is set a value for Email From Name:  on the Send Email action that is used on that screen. -Michael

Hi Birch, One idea is to create a hidden field on the screen and upon clicking a button build a list of RecordIDs from the selected invoices and place it in that hidden field. On the second grid have it filter by value from screen and filter it by the contents of the hidden field. -Michael
