In the default invoice screen, the "Country" field in the bill to and ship to section does not automatically populate with the information we have on file for our customers. All other fields (address, city, state, zip) carry over automatically when customer is selected. Any thoughts on where I might be going wrong?

If i understand this, the mini URL that is sent by email to the customer is suppose to be connected to the persons email address in method. What happens if i have one client with 15 properties. I am going assume that i will get 15 different mini urls correct? And when he enters the same email addresss for all 15 URL's it ...

Awww the wisdom of Method came to my mind. You guys are good.
Customize>Customer portal transactions>Grid>Show PDF> look in actions for "if Estimate" then change the show PDF to the desired reprot. Works great. Thanks

Greetings.
I made up this slick etimate report that has phases collums and such. I customized all the buttons to this new report. When i send this to customer portal, i get a different estimate report. How can i change this to my new estimate report?

No, in a detail screen.
But, now of course it's working perfectly. I'll get a good characterization and screen shot when it comes up again. For some reason it appears to work itself out as the system gets excercised. It appears to occur with a virgin session.

Are you editing the items in a grid directly? Can you send me a screen shot of the screen and error message when this comes up again if possible ( Or just the screen you created).

I'm having a problem saving changes to Items. When attempting to save a change to an existing item where a non accounting, non QB field is being changed, or in other words changes just to custom fields in Method, a popup message is being returned which says:
