Hi Brett, When edting a drop down when you get to Step 2 of 5: Dropdown Object Actions you will see an Event drop down, select Add New from that drop down. Adding actions under the Add New event will make <Add New> display at the top of a drop down list. -Michael

I have this for some fields (dropdowns) and others I do not. This is probably so simple, but how do I get the Add New to show at the top of a field dropdown and automatically pop up the screen to add a new entry? Thanks,

Hi soakley75, The reason why you don't see all of the options is because your version of Outlook Plug-In is outdated and should be used only for Outlook versions 2003 or older. New version can be downloaded from http://www.methodintegration.com/MethodOutlookAddIn/MethodOutlookAddIn.exe Thank you Victor

Hi JKM@SA, Currently there is no way to adjust column widths on a screen. You could however edit the size of the section itself by editing the section. -Michael

Did you go through the inactive vendors as well? Did you go though them in Method? In cases like this what I have previously done is exported the list of vendor to excel and used one of excels built in features to highlight duplicates. -Michael
