Hi Marti, After a lot of research I've found out that the reason for installation problems can be either corrupt .NET Framework or corrupt Visual Studio Tools for Office Runtime. I've also been able to find a computer with similar symptoms to yours, where installation and re-installation of the plug-in haven't given any results... ...

Hi Birch, You should be able to choose the RefNumber as a linked field. Are you not able to? After you add the RefNumber you should be able to add it as a column to your grid. -Michael
