I have 1319 unresolved conflicts, almost all of which are from April 8th or April 18th.
I believe the group on the 18th occurred after a QB Rebuild required to address a database corruption issue, but we've been synching successfully since, so it's not a matter of waiting for the synchs to clear out.

The reason why you got this message is because there were few threads in database, trying to update the same database record at the same time. Hi -I did sign out and close the browser and then sign back in. I haven't done anything with that screen, so it's not customized. thanks

Are you using a customized screen or is this the original screen? Have you tried signing out and back in?
