Hi Tracy,
There are actions on the Text Change event for the Received From drop down list that populates the A/R account and the Deposit To field, you will have to delete them or change them.

There are 2 columns, the top field in the left column is a checkbox called services. below that field there are 16 fields, 2 colums of 8 rows. The left column is service names, the right is billing rates.
All 16 of the fields begin the session as hidden.
When the services checkbox is marked, the 8 service name fields toggle using the Show/hide ...

I have modified the Receive Payment Screen and assigned default accounts for both the A/R account field and the "Deposit To: field. While at first glance it appears to working as intended, the behavior changes based on the customer selected.
Scenarios I have seen -
Customer 1 is selected, the fields default as intended
Customer 2 is ...

I currently have an App I am working on that is having the same issues.
There is a series of checkmarks, each of which should open another field
to the right, using Show/Hide set to toggle as they are selected. I have used the exact same logic in other sections of this app without issue.

HI Mark,
I was unable to duplicate this. I created a new screen with 3 sections, one section had a button with actions to toogle the other 2 sections(One of which has the borders and header showing and the other without borders or header showing). It worked like it should.

The action Show/Hide Section appears to be malfunctioning. When set to toggle nothing happens. Set to always show or always hide is working fine.
The applies to new and copied screens. Existing screens seem un-affected.

I don't see a way to view all cases for a particular customer under customer center? Am I missing something or is this as designed? I would expect to be able to pull up a customer and see a list of cases either on the activities tab or a separate cases tab.
