Hi soakley75, Do you see the Method Outlook plug-in as installed in the Control Panels => Programs and Features? Did you unistall previous version of the plug-in before installing a new version? Do you have any security settings that may suppress proper installation of Outlook plug-in?  Thank you Victor

Thanks, I've downloaded and installed the current version and nothing shows up in Outlook.  It's not in the disabled items either.  Do you you need to change the default installation folder for it to work?  I've uninstalled, rebooted and re-installed a few times with no luck.

Hi, Now that this new field is in the table you will also need to add it to the screen itself. Go to Customize > Screens and edit the Bill screen (It will ask you to make a copy). That's it! I did it a few weeks ago and I just forgot how I did it. Thanks for reminding me! Just a suggestion: how about having the Add New be the default selection when looking at a dropdown's properties so you see the actions for the event, as opposed to Text Change. Or maybe have a grid showing existing events so that the user knows ...

Hi Brett, When edting a drop down when you get to Step 2 of 5: Dropdown Object Actions you will see an Event drop down, select Add New from that drop down. Adding actions under the Add New event will make <Add New> display at the top of a drop down list. -Michael
