Hi Monica, I tried adding a custom field to my Item Receipt in QuickBooks to see if it would come over to Method but I can't find the location where I can add custom fields to item receipts in QuickBooks. One option in Method is to add a linked field to the ItemReceiptLineItem table that links the custom fields using the Item. -Michael

Hello.  If you have successfully naviaged the Method sync with QuickBooks files hosted with Inynq (CPA ASP), can you let me in on the secret?  Thanks so much.  Diana.

Hey John, I haven't heard this from anyone else but I will bring this up for discussion in our next Method meeting. An easy fix for you would be to customize the screen and replace the existing PDF icon(Picture Object) with a different image maybe a copy of the icon with some text added to it. -Michael

Hi Monica, If you add a custom field to your QuickBooks items it should come over to Method. You can verify this by going to Customize > Tables / Fields and editing the Item table. Michael What happens is the sync engine window appears but it will not let me do anything. The only way of stopping it is to do a ctrl-alt-delete and shut it down that way. from there i have to do a ctrl-alt-delete on quickbooks to shut it down as well.
