I don't see a way to view all cases for a particular customer under customer center?  Am I missing something or is this as designed?  I would expect to be able to pull up a customer and see a list of cases either on the activities tab or a separate cases tab.

Hi Damcan, The amount is always calculated as Cost x QTY if the cost is 0 (Which it is since the field doesn't exisit) then the amount will always be  0. The Cost coloumn in the EstimateLine grid points to the Rate field and by default the sales price of an item is entered into that field and not the cost price. -Michael

I am customizing the estimates screen. I have removed the cost, markup, % columns and now when I save an estimate it zero's out the amount. I don't want my employees to see my costs or markups I only want them to see the list price, how do I resolve? this.

I have 1319 unresolved conflicts, almost all of which are from April 8th or April 18th. Hi Ian, The reason why you got this message is because there were few threads in database, trying to update the same database record at the same time. Since these threads weren't able to decide which transaction should it use, it simply failed. This problem is very very rare and you were unlucky enough to encounter it. I believe your web form ...
