Is QuickBooks open on the second computer that you installed the sync engine on? If so is it pointing to the same company file that the main computer is pointing to?

In order to fully take advantage of sales orders in Method you would need to upgrade from QuickBooks Pro. Since Pro does not have sales orders you will get a conflict when you try to sync sales orders. What you could try is checking wait for sync approval on the sales order, that will prevent Method from trying to post the Sales ...

Method doesn't recieve emails but it can send out emails if you enter your SMTP server settings within Method. With the Outlook plugin you can add emails that are sent or recieved in outlook as activties in Method

I do know this. If you are using quickbooks pro there are no sales orders. I looked for a sales order feature and there is none. I do know from using the Method Pro Services App, that it tried to syc a sales order to quickbooks and it turned into a conflic.

I got a download from the syc engine about a week ago. I tried to dupiclate the same issue again. Looks like its fixed. Great job! thanks

Does Method have the ability to receive emails other than from Outlook?

When we create a Sales Order in Method and it syncs with QB, it automatically becomes an invoice in QB and Method. Do we need to upgrade to Premier to solve this problem or is there another option? (Basically we can not use the Sales Order feature right now.)
