Hi,
A good example of this is the New Estimate button in the Customer List Screen. You should be able to reverse engineer how the Customer List screen goes to the Estimate screen and enters the customer.

Did some googling :)
The cause may be that you are using QB Pro. Only Premier and Enterprise have the ability to create new sales orders. While you may be able to work with existing sales orders in QB Pro, you cannot create new ones.
Is this the case for you?

I'm posting this on behalf of a user:
I have one quick question for you......whenever we enter a Sales Order into Method, we get a conflict with Quickbooks that says "The error was: Missing posting account." Do you have any suggestions for us or know who we need to talk to about that?

Yes, This is possible and standard practice on a number of screens. There a number of ways to acomplish this. One way is to use a shared result to pass the customer name to the estimate screen and when the estimate screen loads you can retrieve the customer's info and place it on the screen.
