    Hi Matt, Based on the error it does seem like a cookies issue. If they are using IE get them to take a look at this link(If there privacy settings are set to higher then &#39;Medium High&#39; that may be the cause of this issue. -Michael

    Hi Heather, In order to fully take advantage of sales orders in Method you would need to upgrade from QuickBooks Pro. Since Pro does not have sales orders you will get a conflict when you try to sync sales orders. What you could try is checking wait for sync approval on the sales order, that will prevent Method from trying to post the Sales ...

    Hi s.valese, Method doesn&#39;t recieve emails but it can send out emails if you enter your SMTP server settings within Method. With the Outlook plugin you can add emails that are sent or recieved in outlook as activties in Method -Michael
