Hi cpitts, These are most likely related to permissions in QuickBooks, you can just delete those conflicts. If they comeback its because you do not have admin privileges in QB. -Michael

I had to rebuild QB data today (File > Utilities >  Rebuild Data).  So what happens with the Method sync engine after this?  Does it start from scratch or does it just do a full sync?

Hi Laura, As Danny said, the problem is not with WebForms settings, but with your email server settings. However, I did modify Web Forms in a way, that even if your email settings are wrong, the user will not get the ugly error message.
