Hi Matt,
In the case I mentioned above I worked off the FieldService_WorkOrderList screen which is standard with the Field Services App (You will need Method Full Blown to install Apps) but its really up to you where you want to add this functionality.

In the Purchase Order screen, there's a "Planned Release Date" field. In the print preview for the screen, a time of 12:00 pm shows up underneath the date. How do I get rid of the time all together? We just want the date to show up for this field.

As discussed in our email exchange the issue with contacts is only a visual issue of how it was being displayed on the grid (It is not corrupt). The contacts are still all linked properly to the correct customers.
