The cause may be that you are using QB Pro. Only Premier and Enterprise have the ability to create new sales orders. While you may be able to work with existing sales orders in QB Pro, you cannot create new ones.
Is this the case for you?

I have one quick question for you......whenever we enter a Sales Order into Method, we get a conflict with Quickbooks that says "The error was: Missing posting account." Do you have any suggestions for us or know who we need to talk to about that?

Yes, This is possible and standard practice on a number of screens. There a number of ways to acomplish this. One way is to use a shared result to pass the customer name to the estimate screen and when the estimate screen loads you can retrieve the customer's info and place it on the screen.

invoices in the Receive Payment screen is filtered by customer (Customer = Value from Screen) but you can
change that filter (Customer Contains value from screen). So for

it is redirect to home screen in 1 second so i can not do the screenshot. it happens when i close the contact portal screen without logout, then login again, the message will show up.
