How true is your statement? I just updated the form in Method (changed the internal email receipeint), but I did not update the form on my web page, and it seems to be sending the web lead email to the correct internal user.

For anyone else experiencing this issue in future, please ensure the MethodSupport user is active and send an email to support@method.me with your Company Account Name and the Report Name of the report you would like restored.

Could you kindly provide me (through my email) with your direct email address, company account name, and also enable the MethodSuppoort user under customize -> users. This will give us the opportunity to go in and have a look.
