Hi again. I'm just relaying some info I received:
PSIGate accepts both USD and CAD.
A Canadian company can have both types of accounts with PSIGate.
They deposit PSIGate USD into a USD account at a bank located in Canada, and they can deposit PSIGate CAD into a CAD account at the same bank.

I'm posting this on behalf of a Canadian user who accepts payments in USD. The problem is they do not have a US bank, and so cannot use our listed Payment Gateways.
1) (secondary question) Are there any plans to resolve this particular scenario in the future?

I'm posting this on behalf of a user:
When they were displaying dates in reports (PDF's) and email templates, they could not get the date to display without having the hours/minutes. Is there a way to display just the date in reports and emails?

In QuickBooks can you go to Edit > Preferences > Integrated Applications > Company Preferences. You should see multiple listing for Method. Select the first one and click Properties. Some of my Items have multi-line descriptions (with 'bullets'). Unlike QB, Method allows me to do this. :)
Unfortunately, when I load these items into an estimate or sales order, the descriptions get condensed into one line.
If I manually edit the description in my estimate or sales order, I can restore the multiple description ...
