Hey John, I haven't heard this from anyone else but I will bring this up for discussion in our next Method meeting. An easy fix for you would be to customize the screen and replace the existing PDF icon(Picture Object) with a different image maybe a copy of the icon with some text added to it. -Michael

Michael What happens is the sync engine window appears but it will not let me do anything. The only way of stopping it is to do a ctrl-alt-delete and shut it down that way. from there i have to do a ctrl-alt-delete on quickbooks to shut it down as well. In QB, I have custom fields for my Items.  I would like to be able to show some of those custom fields in an items list. Can I do that? I didn't see the custom fields in the Items List in Method.  If so, I wasn't able to figure out how to add a table to the Item Receipt screen.  Thanks!  Monica
