Ok, I found out that if you are using a Cost of Goods Sold account to pay a bill it will not show in the bill payment section. I have a Job Cost Rental with a cost of good sold account. Michael, According to AT&T it all depends on the person getting the email and their spam filter settings. So if this is a new customer, i would have to send two emails to them. One would be the estimate the  outher to tell them to check their spam filter. John
