Yea, they're active. They don't appear in the existing customer screen under the Active Customer filter, but if I go to the customer once I filter All Customers, and click on the customer to put on the customer screen, the Active box is checked under that customer on the second tab.

When you created the drop down for the U/M in the InvoiceLine table did you create the drop down based on the UnitOfMeasureSet table? The drop down list for customers on the standard invoice screen is filtered to only show active customers. If this customer you are trying to create an invoice for is set to inactive then they will not be displayed. Does this cusomer appear in the existing customer list when the filter by view is set to All Active ...

Hi Michael,
We wanted the U/M to be a dropdown. I'm not sure, but I think the default U/M is a text field. Might need to evaluate what the tradeoff is and if it's easier to stick with the default.

Hi Andy,
You would have to edit all the screens that the Go To button takes you to individually. This new field you created will not be linked back to QuickBooks. Why are you not using the default U/M field? What exactly are you trying to achieve?

I have customers that are active both in QB and Method. Customers that appear in the existing customer list (under ALL CUSTOMERS), yet when I try to make an invoice for them, they dont drop down in the list. What might cause this?

We created our own field for U/M as a dropdown column in InvoiceLine. How do we replace the Unit of Measure dropdown that's the default in the "Item" screen (after hitting "Go to" on any item) with what we created for InvoiceLine so that our options match up?

It looks like there is something going on with the grid on your contacts screen. Let me look into this and get back to you. I am quite postive it is not corruption, most likely just something to do with how the grid is operating. I have tested it on my account and can't duplicate it so it may be specific to yours.

Suddenly I'm getting very weird behavior in the Add/Edit All Contacts screen - the screen is repeating contacts from Customer to Customer record. (As in, a contact for Customer D is showing up as a contact for Customer R.) I can't tell if I'm having a refresh problem, or if my database is hosed.
Anyone else having this issue?
