Currently there is no means to get the line to look the exact same like it does when using non-read only fields. You could change the formatting option on the field to show an underline but it would underline both the caption and the value. Another option would be to use label as dividers between the fields.

i am having problems loading the outlook add-on. seems like it cant find
the database and i am missing a default value.

Is there a way to get read only lines to look like the lines above? By default, the read only rows are a mess.

Hi Michael,
I tested the expiry date option. I setted it 2 days, but after 2 days when I click the link, the link still can link to contact portal. is there anyway to make the link compeletely expired like "wrong url or link is not valid"?

One addtional note is that if the field is read-only then it will not show that line.

Thanks for the screenshot. The lines you are taking about are added by default when you drag an editable field onto a mobile screen. The screenshot below is from my BB, all I did was drag those fields onto the screen, they may look slightly different based on the browser you are using.
