Method Community

Hello.  If you have successfully naviaged the Method sync with QuickBooks files hosted with Inynq (CPA ASP), can you let me in on the secret?  Thanks so much.  Diana.

Hey John, I haven't heard this from anyone else but I will bring this up for discussion in our next Method meeting. An easy fix for you would be to customize the screen and replace the existing PDF icon(Picture Object) with a different image maybe a copy of the icon with some text added to it. -Michael

Hi Monica, If you add a custom field to your QuickBooks items it should come over to Method. You can verify this by going to Customize > Tables / Fields and editing the Item table. Michael What happens is the sync engine window appears but it will not let me do anything. The only way of stopping it is to do a ctrl-alt-delete and shut it down that way. from there i have to do a ctrl-alt-delete on quickbooks to shut it down as well. In QB, I have custom fields for my Items.  I would like to be able to show some of those custom fields in an items list. Can I do that? I didn't see the custom fields in the Items List in Method.  If so, I wasn't able to figure out how to add a table to the Item Receipt screen.  Thanks!  Monica
