Which screen did you use to send this email from? Was that screen customized? If it was it looks like the CustomerRecordID may not be set in the Create Short Method URL action.

Are you using the default screens or did you do any customization? If you are using the default screens can you email me the link you are using(Method short URL) and the email associated with it so I can test it? I try to logging in the portal using short url link, but it is same page as logging in directly into the portal.

Have you tried setting the font size and font type first and then entering the text? Let me know if that works for you.

I just tried the contact portal with shortern url, but I got ask to enter user name and password, but I saw that in the webinar, it can be instead by just email address. I was wondering how to change the setting that customer can login by just email address without register a new user name and passsword. thx
