More specificallym, how do I get my new items list to show up in the mobile dropdown list currently occupied by customers, invoices and estimates? When I add it as a tabbed link, it shows up as a tab instead of in the dropdown menu.

Is it possible to add a searchable item list for the mobile screen? I didn't know if there was good reason to avoid this as it's obviously been avoided by Method.
If this is possible and ok to do, can someone give me a hint as to how to make this happen?

I'm trying to customize our full blown Method to our sales team. I have added a new Email field where the sales person can put in the email address of a new potential client, then mail the quote to him/her. But the email field did not work. Everywhere else in Method we constantly doing time zone conversions - but there's actually no time zone conversion on that field.
What happens is that it syncs a changes-only sync every 20 minutes (by default). The next sync after your scheduled time is when your full sync will kick in.

Thanks, I'll follow that process for linking fields. Presumably I need to wait until the engine is not actively synching.
I'll try clearing my cache before my next attempt at putting a link into an email.

Earlier this evening - about 5:00 pm local - I reset the Full Synch schedule to launch at 6:00 pm and saved the settings.
6:15 came and went with no synch started, so I started it manually from the Method web interface.
What time zone is the scheduler operating under? Does there have to be a minimal lead time on changes?

I am getting some strange grid sizing behaviour as well, but it occurs in Firefox and IE.
