Hi John,
In Method an Activity is a Work Order they are one in the same, the only difference is that Activities that are work orders are assigned the type "Work Order". Can you give me some steps of the process you are going through?

I understand that when i create a work order that Method creates a activity. The proplem that i am having is when i complete the work order the activity does not close. Is this suppose to happen?

Hi Greg,
What you may do is manually show some div on top of the iframe, giving the message "your message is being sent, please wait", when user presses the submit button (you will need to add a simple javascript to validate_form function to switch your text from hidden to visible).

When you've received an error today afternoon, did it include a valid referrer URL in the error message?
I believe the light box would not make a difference, since it's just a simple HTML form being submitted and light box in my opinion should not interfere.

When the web form is filled out and I hit send, there is a delay of about 5-10 seconds before my thank you message appears.
Is there any way to put in a 'your message is being sent, please wait' message? I don't want people to think the form isn't working and close it.
