Michael What happens is the sync engine window appears but it will not let me do anything. In QB, I have custom fields for my Items.  I would like to be able to show some of those custom fields in an items list. Can I do that? I didn't see the custom fields in the Items List in Method.  If so, I wasn't able to figure out how to add a table to the Item Receipt screen.  Thanks!  Monica
