When the estimate report is generated with customer data, the report inserts the number "1" in the qty column and "$0.00" in the amount column for rows without item or description data. Is there a way to disable this, so that empty rows are blank?

Can I download or restore the original Method Report  Estimate (Custom) from the website, library or through my method account? I made the mistake of not copying the original before making changes. Now I have messed it up beyond repair.

Hi Greg, If you use one of their APA (Analog Phone Adapters) so you can plug in a standard phone, then it should work. All you would need to do is run a phone line from the APA to your computer's modem.
