Michael, According to AT&T it all depends on the person getting the email and their spam filter settings. So if this is a new customer, i would have to send two emails to them. One would be the estimate the  outher to tell them to check their spam filter. John

Hi John, Maybe it has to do with the content of the emails. Method doesn't actually send the emails out directly, it communicates with your email server and your email server sends out the emails. -Michael

Hi Ian, Is this happening on Method screens or reports (Invoices/Estimates/etc...)? What are the regional settings on your computer?  It may just be that you regional settings are set to English (United Kingdom). -Michael
