The changes made to a screen or table are actually saved as the changes are made. When you click Save & Close on editing a screen click Cancel to the prompt when it asks you to publish the screen which should shave some time off of it. Hi Ken,
With red I've highlighted the "onsubmit" you need to have in order for validation to happen. With yellow, I've highlighted the script where you will need to insert the email validity script.

Thank you . Methodsync was in "help - disabled items" (I did not even know that that existed)...I enabled. Restarted Outlook and we are good to go.. Thank you so much. Learned something new today.

Do you get any error message when you load Outlook? What version of Windows are you using? Do you have anything listed under Help > Disabled Items in Outlook?

The missing part here may be the actions on the OnScreenLoad event for the New Bid screen. The OnScreenLoad event can be found by clicking Advanced next to the Screen name when editing a screen.
