Updating this thread... Accounting just received this error again. Apparently this issue still causes problems about once a month. We cut paychecks weekly (Monday mornings), so that's about a 1 in 4 chance of this error still causing problems. When does the Qty Invoiced number change on a Sales Order line item? I thought it would change once the Invoice transaction posts to QB, but I didn't see that happen. Sorry if I'm missing something obvious. Thx

Is it possible to look at a User's role(s) in an Action ? I'd like to restrict/allow certain actions on screens based on whether a user is in a certain role or not. Tab group doesn't cut it for me. Does this already exist and I'm just missing it?  Thx

Not really a Method issue...just a question/issue that I'm facing. How do you create a new Job for a Customer and where do you see a list of these jobs? I'm not understanding how a single dropdown on a Customer relates to multiple Jobs. Thx Clearly I'm missing someting here

Not sure why, but I just now saw this reply. Sorry. Yeah, I knew from the beginning I would have to customize Activity (for Work Order data) and open it up to multiple assignees somehow.
