You can't configure snapshots on native apps for now, but we will be making changes to allow users to have a bit more control over snapshots on Apps create by us.

Here's my answer. You have to make sure that the template you have customized for Estimate is set as a default template. In order to check that click on More actions.. -> Customize Print Template -> Estimate -> Select your template that you have customized and save it. You can repeat the same steps for Choose ...
