From what I know, Method does not sync P.O's and Sales Orders from QBO. What is an alternative approach to track Inventory information? I am looking to track the following Item fields: QuantityOnHand, QuantityOnOrder, QuantityOnSalesOrder.

Hi Alex, If you press the 'Delete all' option - Yes, all of these records will be removed from QuickBooks also. If they are infact just being archived, I would recommend you just use the 'Clear' option - and wait for the next full sync to run. At which point they should dissapear. Thanks Alex. -Ben
