It appears that when a customer creates a username and password, the inforamtion is stored in method somewhere and allows them to log in and view thier account as normal. Hi Laura, I would check steps 6 and 7 of the Web-To-Lead setup and confirm that the information is accurate. It may also be a good idea to check your Default Email Preferences under Customize > My Account and click Save & Send Test Email. -Michael

Yea, they're active.  They don't appear in the existing customer screen under the Active Customer filter, but if I go to the customer once I filter All Customers, and click on the  customer to put on the customer screen, the Active box is checked under that customer on the second tab.

Hi Michael, We wanted the U/M to be a dropdown. I'm not sure, but I think the default U/M is a text field. Might need to evaluate what the tradeoff is and if it's easier to stick with the default. Thanks, Andy
