Hi Michael, I tested the expiry date option. I setted it 2 days, but after 2 days when I click the link, the link still can link to contact portal. is there anyway to make the link compeletely expired like "wrong url or link is not valid"? Ian

 One addtional note is that if the field is read-only then it will not show that line. -Michael

pdirect, Thanks for the screenshot. The lines you are taking about are added by default when you drag an editable field onto a mobile screen. The screenshot below is from my BB, all I did was drag those fields onto the screen, they may look slightly different based on the browser you are using. pdirect, I am not sure exactly sure what you are referring to. Can you be a bit more specific? Where and on which screen are you referring to? If you could post or send me a screenshot that would be great too. . -Michael

Lee, It’s probably because the fields are linked fields. You are going to want to add the Phone and Email to the employee itself in Method or QuickBooks.  The SalesRep table references the employee so the changes to employee should be reflected in the SalesRep table. -Michael
