I setup Method to logout only if there has been 240 minutes of inactivity. But Method is logging us out much sooner than that . . . it seems to be after one hour (the default). I'm referring here to the web, not mobile.

How is an opportunity marked as closed? I currently have users marking opportunities as "won", but that doesn't close the opportunity or show it as a conversion on the sales charts.

Good Afternoon.
For some odd reasong all of my work orders, route lists, invoices and estimats are all going to my email account and not to the customers accounts. They were all working great a week ago, are there issues on your end?

On the Field Service Tab >> Estimates Tab Link the "Save & Email" button is asking to redirect to the "Recent Transactions" Tab Link. However, it can't be located and I don't see it in my screens list.
Did the Recent Transactions tab link get removed? How do I restore it?

I just wanted to make sure that if I delete a invoice in method and that same invoice is in Quickbooks, is there anything else i should do in quickbooks?

Ok i got it fixed. I created a invoice in Quickbooks with a new invoice number of 3907 and saved the invoice. Preformed a full sync and presto i created a invoice in method and method gave me a new number of 3908. I am thinking i need to keep quickbooks open when i do this?

We would like to have the customer use an account number to retrieve a password instead of an email address. (Not all of our existing customers have emails on file.)
How can I modify the script generated by Method Integration to offer the option (account number/email address) when a customer clicks on Register?

The changes made to a screen or table are actually saved as the changes are made. When you click Save & Close on editing a screen click Cancel to the prompt when it asks you to publish the screen which should shave some time off of it.
