Method Community

We have created a bunch of test leads through the web form. To delete these I have been deleting first the Activities and then the Opportunities in the Sales Center and then deleting the Lead in the Customer Center. Is there a 'one-step' way to delete data from multiple tables?

pdirect, If you go to Customize > Portals, do you see any Portals listed there that list Customer Portal as the tab? If you do that is what the error message is referring to, deleting the portals that have the Customer Portal as the tab should allow you to delete the tab. -Michael

So if you store 123 in an action result in button 1, once button1 is done doing its thing the value in the action result is cleared. Oh, and one more suggestion.  What initially brought my attention to this issue was the fact that all of the default system templates needed for the customer portals show up in the template list.  But it would be best if these "system" templates were not showing up for specific users.  It makes the template dropdown box ...

Also, when I go to delete this customer portal tab, I get the following message. But I don't have a third party portal screen link. There is a third party portal setup to access this tab. Please delete this tab setup under Customize > Third Party Portal screen.
