I downloaded the codec, but am still having the same problem. I am currently using a PC, but had this same problem a couple of weeks ago when I was using my MAC (also downloaded the apple codec on that occasion too. At the time, I gave up figuring it was an issue related to the Mac, but now I think it must be something entirely ...

Some of our original webinars were recorded in the proprietary GoToMeeting codec and require that codec to be installed in order to view the webinars. You can download the codec here.

I am getting audio but a blank screen for this webisode. The following webisode in the series is fine for me though. Is there a technical problem? Thanks!!

We fixed the URL. Now when we submit the form, the page is redirect4ed to: https://www.methodintegration.com/method/TimeZoneRouter.aspx and just sits there as a blank screen.

Thanks for the reply. How do I get the "generate report" action to only display one invoice for the specific customer? right now it generates a report of all open invoices. What filter do I need to set so that only the current customer's invoice is generated?

I'm not exactly sure what's causing this yet but the next time you find an item with this issue before fixing it can you make note of the item and export your items list and email it to me along with the name of the items that caused the issue.

You are correct. It worked on the item with the # character in it too.
So, what would be causing this? Am I doing something to cause this issue?
