Hi John, Maybe it has to do with the content of the emails. Method doesn't actually send the emails out directly, it communicates with your email server and your email server sends out the emails. -Michael

Good Afternoon. As a test i sent out 10 estimates to my customers. Out of those 10, 9 got the emails sent to their junk email box. One did not get the email.  The email account that i am using is the same account that i have been using for the last few years. pdirect, I would try something along the lines of: FieldName1 + Fieldname2 + (CASE WHEN [FieldName3] IS NULL OR [FieldName3] = '' THEN '' ELSE [FieldName3] END) Where FieldName represents the fields you are trying to use. Hi Ian, Is this happening on Method screens or reports (Invoices/Estimates/etc...)? What are the regional settings on your computer?  It may just be that you regional settings are set to English (United Kingdom). -Michael

Every money field in method show as English Pound, I try to change to symbol to no symbol or put $ in ,but it still show as English Pound. I was wondering is there anyway to change the setting.
