I just tried the contact portal with shortern url, but I got ask to enter user name and password, but I saw that in the webinar, it can be instead by just email address. I was wondering how to change the setting that customer can login by just email address without register a new user name and passsword. thx Ian

no, it's not including the span tags.  And even if I select text and try to change it to arial and a different font size to force it to include the span tag, it won't.  I guess I'll need to manually enter that code.

Pdirect, I'm going to assume that you are formatting the text in our text editor. I just tested it out and it seems to work. pdirect, Since they are numeric values you will need to cast them to varchars an example of casting would be CAST( EmployeeID as varchar(5) ). -Michael

When we send email from Method, we set the font to be arial, but when the message arrives, it shows up in times new roman.  Is this a bug with Method?

Anyone have a saved copy or access to a version of CRM Webinar level 1 that can be viewed? All webinars work for my broswer minus this one.     Any thoughts/responses help! Thanks.
