I try to logging in the portal using short url link, but it is same page as logging in directly into the portal.

Have you tried setting the font size and font type first and then entering the text? Let me know if that works for you.

I just tried the contact portal with shortern url, but I got ask to enter user name and password, but I saw that in the webinar, it can be instead by just email address. I was wondering how to change the setting that customer can login by just email address without register a new user name and passsword. thx

no, it's not including the span tags. And even if I select text and try to change it to arial and a different font size to force it to include the span tag, it won't. I guess I'll need to manually enter that code.

It can be one of 2 things, you may made need to install the GoToMeeting Codec found HERE, or you may just need to skip to about the three minute mark(This was one of are first webinars and the presenter didn't start recording the screen right away )
