 Hey, Why not toss some blank labels into the work order that the tech can place a checkmark beside? If you want a box for them to place it in, use a text field. When customizing keep in mind that you can only place 15 rows in a section. So you will need to organize your checklist so it all fits. Hope this helps!

The login process is just checking to verify all your screens are up to date. The longer than expected process will only occur the first time you log into Method. Subsequent times you will be logged in right away. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I suspect they are greyed out when you are looking at your email windows in Outlook.  If that's the case, they should be greyed out.  They only become enabled when you are in the calendar view in Outlook and want to sync calendar appointments.
