I gave up testing on this by using "Order by" in my SQL with other workaround, so no screen for you at this moment. Yes, whenever I have "Order by" in my SQL, export to Excel fails always, and it works if I remove "Order by".

Thats Correct, you'll type Users.EmailSignature at the end of your existing Template, and then on the screen calling the template (ie. you estimate screen) You'll need to add a Character Function that looks something like this;

As you mentioned, the 'ORDER BY' is known to cause some issues when downloading Reports. Is the download working for you withing the Order By clause?

Hey Ben, what do you mean by "replacing the merge field for Users.EmailSignature." ?
Do I type in Users.EmailSignature at the end of the email template or something else? because Users.EmailSignature is not working.

After the download and install I opened the app and it indicates No Internet Connection.
I turned my wifi off and was able to logon
Once logged on... in Contacts if I flip my iPhone on it's side I can't scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen.
I logged out and it did not retain my login info
