I gave up testing on this by using "Order by" in my SQL with other workaround, so no screen for you at this moment. Yes, whenever I have "Order by" in my SQL, export to Excel fails always, and it works if I remove "Order by". --

Hi Saad, Thats Correct, you'll type Users.EmailSignature at the end of your existing Template, and then on the screen calling the template (ie. you estimate screen) You'll need to add a Character Function that looks something like this; Let me know if this works for you! Thanks Saad. -Ben

Hi Alex, Are you able to send me the name of the Screen you are seeing this issue on So I can take a look?  As you mentioned, the 'ORDER BY' is known to cause some issues when downloading Reports. Is the download working for you withing the Order By clause? Thanks Alex. -Ben
