  • Service Center Tab

    I downloaded the Field Service Center add on and I think I selected a wrong option. It didn&#39;t automatically place a field service tab in view by the admin. How do I correct this so that the admin can see all available tabs? &nbsp;

    Paul, &nbsp;&nbsp; I was wondering if the big update you mentioned has been rolled out yet? this would allow me to set up and customize pay now screens for customers to view through the portal. &nbsp; thanks,

    John, that is entirely unlikely that most people will close 100% of their leads.&nbsp; My point is consistency.&nbsp; The Outlook integration piece has this box checked, but the Method web interface has it unchecked.&nbsp; And besides, if it&#39;s so easy to customize John, then you could customize it to be unchecked.&nbsp; The problem with ...

    I have had this issue but with a estimate or work order that it would not show up.&nbsp; Turns out that i forgot to &quot;update&quot; the itmes or forgot to save the whole work order.&nbsp; I have gotten into the habit of saving or updating all the time. JM

    Tammy, I make our route lists up by selecting the desired properties for the week and print it out. Then I give that to the person doing the work and say, this is good for one week. I do think there is a addon here somewhere that will map out the properties in the correct order so there is no over lapping going on.&nbsp; I am not sure about it ...

    Heres the problem, I perfer that the check box be unchecked. This is becasue I am closing in 100% of my sales.&nbsp; The great thing about this program is you can simply make a change to your liking. JM
