If you go to Customize > Screens and click Copy / Import Screen located at the bottom of the window, you have the option to copy from the Method Library. You should be able to find all the Standard Method Full Blown screens in the Method Library.

We're using Full Blown. The deleted screens are also native to Quickbooks, so shouldn't belong to an App?

One more point I want to make is that this sometimes happens when IE8 is not running under compatibility mode (Tools > Compatibility View).

When using Qxpress desktop, I was able to send a notifcation to a customer saying there is a service visit in the future through Outlook. It created a email and sent it though outlook. Does QXO have anything like that?

What version of Method are you using? (Remote Entry, CRM, Full Blown) If you are using Full Blown is it a screen that belongs to an App?

Since about late January 2011 when I log into my MethodIntegration (MI) account, only the top half of the screen appears and the bottom half is empty. I am not sure of the full details of the changes but it should have no effect on anything you have already customized, you should only see the changes on the standard portal screens.
