One more point I want to make is that this sometimes happens when IE8 is not running under compatibility mode (Tools > Compatibility View). -Michael

When using Qxpress desktop, I was able to send a notifcation to a customer saying there is a service visit in the future through Outlook.  It created a email and sent it though outlook. Does QXO have anything like that? Thanks, John M

Andy, What version of Method are you using? (Remote Entry, CRM, Full Blown) If you are using Full Blown is it a screen that belongs to an App? -Michael

Hi akoumjian, I am not sure of the full details of the changes but it should have no effect on anything you have already customized, you should only see the changes on the standard portal screens. -Michael

From Customize -> My Account -> "Which screens make up this app?", I deleted a few screens that I originially wanted to leave out of Methods all together. Is there a way to restore these?

Thank you for clarifying the pricing.   Can you give any heads up for the changes to Portals? Will it affect or possibly break any of the screens I develop today?
